I recently had several services done on my car, including a brand-new set of tires. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the tires that was installed. My boyfriend called just before closing yesterday, and the gentleman who answered the phone (I wish I had gotten his name) was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though they were closing for the day, he stayed late to make sure we were taken care of instead of asking us to come back another time. That level of customer service is rare and meant a lot to us. The manager, Jonathan, was also quick to step in and help resolve the situation. Problems can happen anywhere, but what really stands out is how a business responds. The customer service I received was truly above and beyond, and I really appreciate the professionalism and care they showed.

From phone to store 10/10 They didn’t try to run me around and told me exactly what is wrong with my truck I went in for a tire and they let me know about my inner tie rods, and my rear shocks I ended up leaving with more knowledge on what I need to fix when I get home, but if you don’t know how to they will do it for you. Even gave me a good deal Very professional, very quick too, was in and out within an hr or 2. 10/10 would come again

3rd visit at Big O's tires and they did not disappoint! Roland and Pablo were extremely professional and informed me of everything I my car needed and gave me a detailed explanation what I needed to do. They kept me in my budget while giving me the best service which is very rare nowadays. If you want a peace of mind , it’s Big O’s. I'll be a loyal customer from here on.

The staff at Big O Tires are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They advised what my car will need the future. I got my oil changed, tire rotated and coolant levels flushed and filled. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Was a repeat Customer to the Brand. But no more sent the wife into have here tires checked out. The technician drove the truck in the shop and ran over something and popped the tire. Then lied to my wife about hiw it just popped. And hiw lucky you were to be there when it happened. Then she took a picture of the tire and his story changed quickly. But she was still lucky she was there he said. They would not honor the special on the door buy two get two free. After she proven to him that they had ruined the tire. So they replaced the four tires and gave her one for "FREE" but the bill sure reflected the same price for four. Just added fees in other area's of the ticket. But still more. They also sold her on the buy tires and get a rebate. But after sending in the paperwork for the rebate she was denied. Called and was told that the rebate had to be used with a Big O tire card. BUYER'S BEWARE THIS STORE WILL LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE RIGHT THING TO MAKE IT RIGHT.
